Searching for Bulgarian Property

 

Back to my search for property within my budget.  I sat through Bulgarian-homefinders website many many times, not even sure what I was looking for, did I want to live in the countryside, by a beach, close to the airport, in town, in the City – What – Where?

Then I reached my decision,  I wanted to live in the countryside but be near a beach and a town so thats how I searched (didn´t want much did I) try searching for a property like that in the UK, wouldn´t like to guess the cost of a property fitting those requirements.  I wanted to be by the Black Sea Coast and my search on the webiste of course fetched up properties in the Bourgas (Burgas) region.

So Many Properties to choose from

There were so many villages so many village properties, I picked 100´s that looked like they may have good  renovation prospects, but of course I needed details of location, property types, the legal aspects, I had so many questions to ask and it was time to contact the agents.  If my memory serves me well, I ended up with  a list of 9 properties I wanted to know more about and sent this off to the Agents who gave me a lot of time and showed me a lot of patience.
