If you are planning to spend your holiday in a picturesque location, you should not miss this offer, giving you the chance to possess a lovely rural property, located in a nice village, 55 km away from Plovdiv city. This is the second largest town in Bulgaria, known also as our cultural capital. It is located on both sides of the Maritsa River and presents an attractive place for many tourists, especially with its old part with many monuments. A smaller town, called Chirpan is located only 10 km away from the village, and the distance to the connection with “Trakya” highway is the same.

The property in short consists of one storied house with total living area 65 sq. m, a summer kitchen, a basement, an outbuilding and a garden vast 550 sq. m.

Ground floor: An external staircase leads to it. Here you can find a corridor and three rooms. The walls of the house are made of bricks and sun – dried bricks, and the flooring, as well as the frames of the windows is wooden.
The summer kitchen is attached to the house and includes one room.

The garden is middle sized, but well maintained. It is planted with fruit trees, vegetables, trellis vine and flowers.

The property is in basic condition and needs refreshment of the rooms, as well as internal bathroom and toilet. Some other changes are also possible, according to the individual client’s taste. The house is supplied with electricity and running water – outside the dwelling. There is no bathroom in the property, and the toilet is an external one. The road to there is an asphalt one and it is easy accessible in the whole year.
