This house is in a village located 45 km away from the town of Kardjali.

 

The second largest city and cultural capital of the country - Plovdiv is disposed 120 km away from the village.

The region is appropriate for rural tourism and mountaineering. The distance to Pamporovo ski resort is 130km whilst Sunny Beach is located 250 km away.

The property which was built in 1970 and consists of two-storey house with 90sq.m. of living area, the garden spreads over the area of 400sq.m. The living area is on two floors.

Ground floor: The rooms on this floor are two. They are connected by a large corridor. The walls are made of stones. The ceilings and the frames of the windows are wooden.

The population of the village is about 100 people.
