 RESERVATION PROCEDURE

You could reserve an apartment in this residential complex immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 Euro, payable by cash, by credit card or via bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan listed below.
