Kardjali is 60 km to this lovely house in a desirable small village. The house was built in 1965.

The property consists of a single-storied house with the living area of 60 sq.m., a basement (of 10 sq. m.), and a garden which spreads 1000 sq. m in size.


Ground floor: It comprises of 3 rooms.

The property has a toilet and which  is outside the house. An internal toilet needs to be installed.

The walls of the whole dwelling are made of stones, the flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.

There is asphalt road near the house.

The garden of the property is well sized and easy to maintain. There is a meadow at the area of the yard. It also includes a well which makes the watering of the garden easier.

This property is in bad condition. Being an old dwelling it is understandable that it needs overall renovation and restoration.

The roof should be repaired. The walls and the ceilings need to be plastered and refreshed. There is running water outside the house, electricity and telephone line can be connected. The septic tank is in the yard, there is no toilet and bathroom inside the house but they can be easily arranged.


The village is located amongst pretty and delightful nature.


Population of the village is about 10 people, who are very friendly, hospitable and very nice neighbours. There are no local shops but twice a week a mobile shop brings goods to the village. At a distance of 10 km there is another bigger village where you can find all the other necessary amenities, food shops and cafes.


The region is nice and suitable for outdoor activities, such as fishing, hunting, village tourism, mountaineering.
