The house is in a small mountain hamlet, no local facilities and good road links but the area is very peaceful with a feeling of calm and privacy. You will be able to fully relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain landscape and fresh air - huddled in the folds of the Balkan Range, the hamlet offers seclusion and tranquility.

The nearest town will be Dryanovo, which is at about 13km and Veliko Tarnovo is at half an hour of driving distance.

The house is in the beginning of the village and accessible by a dirt road. Тhe house is distributed over two floors connected by external wooden stairs as follows:

On the ground floor of the house there are two cellars, two rooms and a corridor while on the second one you have at you disposal four rooms and a corridor

The rooms still retain some of their original features even though the property is quite run down.
